APAC Precast Concrete Accessories

APAC Precast Concrete Accessories is an architectural precast concrete accessories company in Snohomish, WA. It designs and manufactures precast accessories, with standard items offered in four colors created to blend with all manufactured stone. The products are lightweight and built to last inside and out, and the company also builds custom accessories to the size, shape, and dimensions a customer needs. Its work serves masons, builders, landscapers, and DIY homeowners. APAC holds a rating of 4.90 from the customers who have reviewed it.

The company is family-owned and was created to offer custom, locally manufactured architectural precast accessories. It began with Keith Roeder, a mason by trade, who wanted attractive masonry accessories that accentuated his work, and with his brother Jim Roeder he researched and developed a line of products to fill that need. They collected many shapes and sizes of natural stone, chiseled and shaped them, then developed a rubber molding process to replicate each piece in concrete, giving each the look and feel of natural stone. Custom products followed as demand grew. Keith Roeder retired in 2020 after more than 40 years in the masonry trade and still stops into the office occasionally to lend knowledge or help with bidding. Baltazar, known as "B," has handled fabrication of all products since 2014. All APAC products have been tested and meet ASTM standards. The company is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

The business sits on Bonneville Ave, about a tenth of a mile from Bickford Avenue and State Route 9. The Snohomish Park and Ride is roughly 0.2 miles away, as are Avenue D, the Snohomish Rock public artwork, and Fire Station 43.

APAC's rating of 4.90 reflects a positive response from the customers who have reviewed it, and the company has manufactured precast accessories locally since 2006.

For masons, builders, landscapers, and homeowners in Snohomish, APAC pairs a family masonry background with locally made precast accessories, standard and custom, that finish a building project.
