TKG Custom Homes was launched by Steve Turner and his son Coy, combining Steve’s over 20 years of production homebuilding experience with a mission to deliver true custom quality. Unlike builders who offer semi-custom plans, TKG starts every project from a blank page, working with an in-house designer and decorator to create unique layouts. The team provides real pricing with allowances that match client expectations from day one to avoid surprise change orders. They use superior materials and premium standards for every home, ensuring quality in both visible and hidden elements.

The company completes projects in 10 to 12 months, faster than the typical 14 to 18 months for custom builds, by applying production-building efficiency. Steve Turner oversees construction, catching structural issues like bowed walls or out-of-plumb door jambs. Coy Turner serves as the main point of contact, managing the client experience and project coordination. Clients see their home at every critical stage through more than seven walkthroughs per build.

The business is recognized for its positive rating from customers who have reviewed it, with clients noting the smooth build process and high quality of work. Steve Turner’s background helps the firm avoid common construction pitfalls, while Coy Turner ensures nothing falls through the cracks from consultation to move-in.

TKG Custom Homes brings its unique approach to true custom design and efficient construction to homeowners in Seguin, TX, delivering homes built from scratch with precision and care.
