Elizabeth Schussler added Collector's Corner, an art and frame shop, in the 1970s, and in the late 1980s the location became Keepers Design and Consignment, founded by John and Barbara Upper. Today the business is owned and operated by Sam and Amber Ehrlich and Cody Schrank. The showroom sits at 615 N Austin St in downtown Seguin, along North Austin Street and just past College Street, within a short walk of the Central Fire Station, the Texas Theatre, Erskine Elementary School, and the Women's Club Rooms, with Seguin City Hall about a third of a mile away.
