Charleston Charter School for Math and Science is a school in Charleston, SC, located at 1002 King Street. It serves students in grades 6 through 12 who reside in Charleston County. The school offers Honors, AP, and Dual Enrollment classes. Juniors and seniors can take college classes on the campuses of Trident Tech or College of Charleston. A full-time registered school nurse is onsite. The school offers telemedicine appointments on campus. It has a full band program and a guitar club. Student athletes can participate in Girls and Boys Basketball, Softball, Baseball, Cross Country, Volleyball, Swim Team, and Girls and Boys Varsity Soccer. The school requires uniforms. Middle school students wear light blue collared shirts and high school students wear navy blue collared shirts. Everyone wears khaki shorts, pants, skirts, or skorts. Close-toed shoes are required. Outerwear must be navy blue. Students may bring phones to school but must place them in Yondr Pouches during the school day. The school has its own bus fleet. Bus stops are based on where students live each year.
