Harmony Design Northwest

Harmony Design Northwest is a landscaping firm in Portland, Oregon. The studio provides landscape design, design-build coordination, and landscape consulting for homeowners, including retirees, single homeowners, and families. Every project starts with a one-hour consultation at the client's home, where the designer walks the property, asks questions, and takes detailed notes on the client's goals. A proposal follows, outlining the design goals, the design fee, and a timeline. The finished design is a detailed, to-scale 2D CAD plan in color covering outdoor living features such as decks, patios, kitchens, covered areas, planting plans, paths, retaining walls, and water features. After the design is complete, the firm connects clients with a trusted landscape contractor and stays involved through installation. A separate "Fresh Ideas" consultation serves DIY homeowners who want personalized guidance and practical resources. The firm holds a rating of 5.00 from 27 reviews. She leads a team of landscape designers who collaborate on each project. The studio takes a lifestyle-focused approach, blending ornamental and native plants with hardscaping and planning to create spaces that support how clients actually live. Harmony Design Northwest has been awarded the 2026 Best of HOUZZ Service Award. The studio sits on Southwest Spring Garden Street, steps from Tryon Creek and about a tenth of a mile from Portland Fire & Rescue. Southwest Barbur Boulevard runs about a tenth of a mile away, Southwest Multnomah Boulevard about two tenths of a mile, and Spring Garden Park roughly three tenths of a mile from the office. Harmony Design Northwest is known for a strong local reputation reflected in consistently high customer ratings. With more than two decades of design experience behind it, the firm brings that depth to homeowners across Portland.
