Chili Auto Outlet

Chili Auto Outlet is an auto dealer in Gates, NY, located at 2950 Chili Ave. Established in 2020, the family-owned dealership was founded by an owner who entered the automotive industry in 2005. The owner worked in auctions, vehicle sales, used-car management, and vehicle purchasing before opening the business to focus on affordable used vehicles and a straightforward buying experience. Customers work directly with the owner and other decision-makers at the dealership.

The business offers a selection of hand-picked cars, trucks, and SUVs, sourced from customer trade-ins and other dealerships. Every vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection and preparation process performed by an independent repair facility. This process includes a road test, mechanical inspection, diagnostic scan, brake, tire, and fluid inspections, oil and service checks, a NYS inspection, a vehicle history review, and a third-party inspection. Once a vehicle passes inspection, necessary mechanical and safety repairs are completed, and the vehicle receives professional detailing.

Chili Auto Outlet provides real out-the-door pricing, fuel economy, and safety ratings on its listings. Advertised prices are not conditional on financing, and the business does not require dealer add-ons. The dealership is intentionally smaller, allowing customers to browse without pressure and test-drive vehicles. Customers can begin the purchase process online, utilize remote paperwork, or request delivery. An online financing application can be submitted through the website, and trade-in appraisals can be started online.

Financing options include bank, credit-union, and in-house selections to accommodate various credit and income situations, such as excellent, good, or fair credit, rebuilding credit, first-time buyers, or those with limited credit history. The dealership also works with customers using their own bank or credit union. Every used vehicle sold in New York includes the required state used-car warranty, with extended coverage options available. Chili Auto Outlet holds a 4.60 rating based on customer reviews.

The dealership sits on Chili Avenue in Gates, NY, just steps from Cornerstone Urgent Care and Saint Pius Tenth School. It is located about half a mile from Duck Pond and less than a mile from the Western Expressway.
