Founder and President Matt Beach has worked as a professional videographer since 2007. He began his career in television at WPXT and WCSH6, producing television commercials, selling sponsorships, and hosting original programs, before founding Cre8iv Co in 2015. Clients have included Hancock Lumber, IDEXX, Spectrum Health Care Partners, and Thomas College. Matt Beach is described by clients as personable, professional, and responsive, with a team approach that clients say makes Cre8iv Co feel like an extension of their own team. One marketing manager noted that technical products and messaging are turned into engaging, clear videos, while a child nutrition consultant recalled that a first series of Farm and Sea to School videos was made fun and less intimidating despite heavy coordination and multiple film shoots.

The company takes a people-first approach to every project, built on the belief that strong relationships, trust, and fun produce great video. It works by listening well, asking the right questions, and keeping the process enjoyable for clients, with the aim of removing the stress, time, and complication from video production. Cre8iv Co offers a free consultation for organizations unsure of what kind of video they need or where to start.
