The company was founded on three principles: excellence in customer service, outstanding workmanship, and serving customers with integrity. It is fully licensed and insured, and its handyman services carry a one-year guarantee. Its craftsmen are trained, multitalented, background checked, and average over 10 years of experience in the industry; the team includes handymen, carpenters, drywall mechanics, plumbers, electricians, tile experts, and bathroom and kitchen specialists. Owner Jeff Rubin, AIA, is a licensed architect with 30 years of residential design experience, which shapes how the company approaches each project. Work is priced by the job whenever possible rather than by the hour, and if unexpected conditions raise the cost, the additional charges are explained and approved before that work begins. The company has won Baltimore Magazine's Best of Baltimore award for Best Handyman Service in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.
