Studio A Staging

Studio A Staging is a home stager in Lochearn, MD. The boutique firm provides home staging and interior design services to real estate agents, developers, and homeowners, with the aim of helping properties sell faster and at higher prices. Its work covers occupied home consultations, vacant home staging, and luxury home staging. The occupied home consultation is an on-site visit that identifies what to keep, remove, rearrange, or add, and includes a written report with decluttering and depersonalization guidance, furniture placement and layout adjustments, paint color suggestions, minor improvement ideas, and links to recommended decor or small furniture pieces. The standard vacant staging package is a 30-day key-rooms option covering a living room, a dining room or eating area, the kitchen, the primary bedroom, and up to 2.5 baths, with add-ons such as monthly extensions, built-in and shelf styling, offices, sitting areas, kids play areas, and additional living areas, dining areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. A 45-day luxury staging package draws on a luxury inventory collection. The firm holds a rating of 4.90 from the customers who have reviewed it.

Studio A Staging describes its approach as equal parts design, marketing, and understanding buyer psychology, combining creativity, real estate market knowledge, and attention to detail. Its furnishings are used to turn rooms into visual stories for buyers who feel uninspired by vacant properties.
