Falcon builds customized delivery plans rather than one-size-fits-all programs, assessing each client's distribution needs against delivery volume, speed, and security requirements. Options include same day, next day, and multi-day service, and the company is fully insured. Industry-specific solutions are offered for retail, medical, and e-commerce clients. Pool distribution lets shippers reach multiple destinations within a region, and residential delivery is handled with the same care as business delivery. An LTL division handles last-mile freight to businesses and residences, with a fleet of cars, cargo vans, cube trucks, and straight trucks, plus same day direct drives along the East Coast. Falcon Overnight provides next-business-day delivery with late 8PM drop box pickups in high-traffic business areas and direct office pickups. As a GSA-approved provider, the company delivers logistics services to federal, state, and local agencies across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., under a contract period running from August 26, 2005 through August 25, 2025, with a task order option extended until May 31, 2026. The company supports e-commerce brands with scalable fulfillment solutions tailored to the VA-MD-DC corridor, from inventory management to last-mile delivery.
