Health Matters Urgent Care is an urgent care clinic in Cumberland, MD. The clinic is led by Dr. Ronna Mathias Monseau, MD, FACEP, a board-certified emergency medicine physician with the American Board of Emergency Medicine who grew up in Keyser, WV, attended Potomac State College, and earned her Biology degree and Medical Degree at West Virginia University before completing an emergency medicine residency at WVU hospitals. She has extensive emergency department experience and a special interest in sports medicine, which fits her background as an active participant in triathlons and ultra running events. The clinical team includes Physician Assistant Alyssa Mullery, a board-certified graduate of Fort Hill High School who earned both her undergraduate Health Science degree and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Frostburg State University, with clinical training in emergency medicine, family practice, and orthopedics. Also on staff is Family Nurse Practitioner Krista Smith, NP-C, board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with over ten years of experience in family and urgent care, who earned her Master's degree from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA.

The clinic sits on Barton Boulevard SW in Cumberland, near Bel Air Elementary School and Bel Air Area Park. McMullen Highway Southwest is about half a mile away, with Patriot Parkway Southwest just under a mile from the front door. Pinto Utilities Reservoir is roughly three-quarters of a mile to the south.
