The studio teaches traditional, modern, and sensual styles of Bachata, a partner dance from the Dominican Republic characterized by a simple four-step rhythm and signature hip movement. Instructors guide students through the basics in a supportive environment, helping even those with no prior rhythm or dance experience to learn the steps. The curriculum is designed to be accessible, with partner rotation in class ensuring everyone gets practice. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes with smooth soles for turning. With consistent attendance, participants can develop the skills to become social dancers within a few months.
