A chauffeur service, using a temperature-controlled transport van, picks up and drops off pets across a wide radius of the northern Chicago suburbs. New clients receive a free first night of boarding and day of play, with boarding requiring a three-night minimum stay.

The bathing spa is staffed by experienced professionals and equipped with grooming tools, offering bubble baths, freshening up, de-shedding treatments, and nail maintenance. Owner Ross Neihaus, a longtime animal lover, expanded into a brand-new facility to make Waggles a comfortable home-away-from-home for Chicago area pets. Staff members are pet-loving locals who undergo training programs, and care is individualized to each dog's needs and preferences, from human attention to activity options suited to their temperament.
