His son, Harry, learned the trade and started AAA Pools in the late 1990s. In 2020, ownership passed to Harry’s son, Pat Downes, who now leads the company. The team consists of trained professionals, including Certified Maintenance Specialists and Certified Pool Operators accredited by the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance. They perform detailed maintenance tasks such as water analysis, balancing chemistry, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and inspecting equipment. The company emphasizes reliability, arriving on time and answering calls directly.

The service roster includes weekly maintenance packages that cover chemicals, algaecides, and clarifiers, with free callbacks for cloudy pools excluding chemicals. Pool opening services involve removing winter covers, vacuuming debris, shocking water with chlorine, and installing fittings. Two opening methods are available: a traditional drain and clean or a vacuum opening that removes six to 18 inches of water. Pool closing and winterizing services include blowing out lines, adding antifreeze, removing fittings, and installing safety covers from GLI Pool Products.

Repair and renovation services address equipment issues like pumps, heaters, filters, Polaris systems, and lighting. Renovations include retiling, replastering, and repainting to restore the pool surface. The company services inground pools only and does not service above ground pools.
