Allison's Dance Center first opened in 2008 with the goal of creating a studio where dancers felt safe to grow and learn life lessons. It has occupied a few different spaces over the years, growing from a single classroom studio into two locations with seven dance classrooms. Its mission is to provide a positive environment where all students feel safe to learn through dance, and its core values include positivity, professionalism, dedication, age-appropriateness, and excellence. Classes are built to develop foundational skills that carry beyond the studio, including social skills, confidence, healthy habits, and creativity.

Preschool classes combine ballet, tap, acro, and creative movement in a single class so young dancers can explore several genres while staying engaged. Jazz and tap combination classes are offered at all ages, and hip hop classes use a street style with energetic warm-ups that build strength and cardio.

The studio is located on Nordic Drive.
