The website associated with the Wag'n Tails name describes a company with more than thirty years of work in mobile pet-care vehicles. Founded in 1971 by grooming professionals in St. Paul, Minnesota, the business began with a single grooming salon before moving into mobile grooming and, in 1994, shifting its focus to manufacturing specialty pet grooming vehicles. Today the company designs and builds purpose-built mobile grooming vans and veterinary clinics, with models including the Quantum Groom Van, Supreme Groom Van, Pet Pro+ Groom Van, Dyna Groom Van, Ultra Groom Van, and Pet Stylist Elite Groom Van. Each van is built around the demands of a real grooming day, featuring professional grooming stations, climate control, water and power systems, and ergonomic layouts. Buyers can choose from flexible financing and leasing options, and each upfit carries a five-year limited workmanship warranty. The company also offers a full wrap package for branding, hands-on vehicle orientation, and ongoing owner support through a Customer Care team and a nationwide community of mobile groomers.

The salon sits on Falls Avenue, a short distance from University Avenue to the north and near Ansborough Avenue and Maynard Avenue. Galloway Park is within a third of a mile, and Blessed Sacrament School is roughly four-tenths of a mile away. Waterloo Fire and Rescue Station 4 is also close by on the same side of the neighborhood.

Customers who have reviewed the business have given it a positive rating, a mark consistent with the broader reputation the Wag'n Tails name has built among pet owners and grooming professionals across the region.
