Two Seas Property Management is a property manager serving the Windward Oahu area from its office in Kailua, Hawaii. Owners are supported through an online portal with direct access to information about their property, targeted marketing aimed at minimizing vacancies, tenant and owner direct deposit, and payment of owner-selected bills including general excise tax and maintenance fees. Before founding the company, Tami built extensive industry experience in Hawaii property management, including a key role in developing a large property management company formed from the merger of two large firms, and time at a property management servicing company that gave her direct exposure to several island property management firms. She founded Two Seas Property Management to work directly with clients and pursue the principle that happy tenants keep happy homes. Tami lives and works in Kailua in Windward Oahu and is active in the community through PTA service and her children's school and sports activities. Stephanie Frazier joined the company in 2021 as Administrative Assistant, handling billing and maintenance on the back end of daily operations.
