The team includes Tomi-san, who was born in Awajishima, Japan, and lived and worked in Kyoto for over 20 years before moving to Hawaiʻi in 2024 to help care for OENO Winery on Oʻahu. His goal is to blend the warmth of aloha with the heartfelt hospitality of Japanese omotenashi.
