Collins Construction & Consulting, LLC

Collins Construction & Consulting, LLC is a construction company in Clermont, Florida. The firm handles both commercial and residential work, including commercial additions, build outs and tenant improvements, design-build services, ground up buildings, pre construction services, shell buildings, new home construction, and remodeling. Joe Collins serves as president and founder, and he and his business partner established the firm after roughly twenty years of working for medium to large residential and commercial companies. Clients deal directly with one of the principal founders on every project. The company maintains a head office in Clermont and a satellite office in St. Petersburg, and it holds a rating of 4.40.

The firm's approach centers on starting from the client's own ideas and using long-term trade partnerships to lay the groundwork for each job. Collins and his partner built the company for working families and businesses that lack the skills or the time to take on certain projects themselves, and they take on work at any scale, from small projects to large ones. Joe Collins is a Central Florida native who attended school in Winter Park and earned a bachelor's degree in business from UCF. He passed his builder's exam in 2004 and has worked in the building industry since 1997.

The head office sits on Cypress Landing Ave in Clermont, about a mile from Lake Minnehaha and Cypress Cove, and roughly a mile and a half from South Clermont Fire / Rescue Station 109. Crescent Lake is about a mile and a half away, Kings Field is about a mile and a half away, and West Minnehaha Avenue runs about a mile and a half from the office.

The business is known for the positive rating it has earned from the customers who have reviewed it.

For Clermont homeowners and commercial clients alike, Collins Construction & Consulting brings nearly three decades of building experience to projects that range from a single remodel to a ground up building.
