Founded by Trent, the brand was built on the philosophy that indulgent treats should be extraordinary and free of regret. The founder’s background in overcoming an eating disorder led to a focus on cookies as units of joy rather than mere numbers. This approach resulted in the creation of the deep dish cookie to overcome the limitations of traditional flat cookies. The bakery operates as part of a network with over 60 locations and offers same-day delivery from the nearest Crave location.
