Jeff Stultz serves as the Head Winemaker, bringing a background rooted in Colorado and California. Born in Pueblo and raised in California, Jeff moved back to Colorado in 2001, where he planted a vineyard and began work as assistant winemaker at the Abbey Winery. His transition to viticulture and enology followed early employment as a cellar rat in a Sonoma winery and studies in winemaking during his time in California.

From January through March, it is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
