Dr. Stephanie Carter, MD, MPH, is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, with a special interest in Women and Heart Disease, and completed her fellowship at the University of Rochester. Practice affiliations include Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas and Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.
