Staff utilize positive or redirecting techniques to teach social skills and manners. Adult dogs that have completed the puppy program attend weekly adult socialization sessions in a half-acre turfed yard featuring shade sails, two-story wooden play structures, and pools. The business is owned and operated by Pamela Chandler and Tom Gonzalez, both long-term San Diego residents. A team of ten staff members supports the daycare and training operations.
