Located just west of Exit 85 and five minutes from downtown, the property serves groups of adults seeking a social camping experience away from the noise of family-oriented attractions. The resort offers multiple lodging types, including 78 campsites for tents, pop-ups, motor homes, and RVs, 21 rental cabins, newly renovated motel rooms, and private rental homes that accommodate up to 16 people. On-site amenities include a 2,000-square-foot pool, tiki bar, hot tub, volleyball courts, and horseshoes. The property features a full restaurant and four bars: an Indoor Bar, Deck Bar, Tiki Bar, and Event Bar. During the season, live music featuring national and local artists is available five nights a week, along with six event weekends.

The history of the Edge O'dells dates back to the 1950s, when the site began as a root beer stand and go-kart track. In the 1970s, it converted to a bar with 15 barstools, becoming locally known for its burgers. By the late 1980s, the bar was known as Nora's. In 2001, Tim Roberts purchased the bar and go-kart track, initiating a series of construction phases and renovations that expanded the bar to 5,000 square feet. The adjacent property, formerly used for the go-kart track, was developed into the current 21-and-older camping and RV resort. The restaurant menu includes burgers, pizza, salads, and broasted chicken, with daily drink specials and nightly dinner features such as a cheeseburger with crinkle fries on Mondays and fish fry on Fridays.

The location sits on N555 U.S. Highway 12 and 16. It is situated near Wisconsin Dells Parkway North, which is less than a mile away, and County Highway A, also within a short distance. The Wisconsin Deer Park is located about 0.2 miles from the resort, as is the Ghost Outpost attraction.
