Michael and Carrie Marble founded the store in September 2006, opening with a shelf of Wellness brand products and a freezer of raw diets. Today, the store maintains a warehouse filled with kibbles and canned diets alongside 19 freezers of raw diets. The knowledgeable staff provides dog and cat nutrition advice, answers questions about raw pet food, and offers guidance on transitioning pets to new foods, recommending a gradual 10-day to 4-week mixing process.
