Founded over 20 years ago by Marilyn Fleming, Natural Cleaners is a locally owned family business rather than a franchise or national company. Fleming established the business after recognizing the need for safer, environmentally friendly dry cleaning methods, becoming a leader in the Milwaukee area’s movement away from harmful chemicals. The company has grown to six locations across the region while maintaining its original principles and adapting to new industry methods. The team is dedicated to professional cleaning that respects customer trust, handling difficult garments, buttons, and trims with care.

The service offerings address specific household needs that are difficult to manage at home. Bedding cleaning involves sanitizing pillows and comforters in a UV system and returning them with a new cover. Feather pillow cleaning reconditions and refurbishes down pillows, removing dust that causes allergies and restoring bounce. Drapery and curtain cleaning restores fabrics exposed to sun, moisture, and dust, with professional annual maintenance recommended. Alteration services provide precise fitting for suits, dresses, and pants, with options for quick turnaround. The express bag program allows customers to drop off designated bags without waiting in line or providing repeated information.

The business maintains a positive reputation, reflected in its 4.30 customer rating. It is known for its commitment to safe, organic cleaning processes that protect both people and the environment. The free delivery service and satisfaction guarantee demonstrate a focus on customer convenience and quality.
