Spring City Clean

Spring City Clean is a cleaning service in Waukesha, WI. The company serves residential and commercial customers throughout Waukesha County, booking and coordinating vetted cleaning crews for homes and properties on a date and time chosen by the client. It holds a rating of 5.00 based on 5 reviews.

The cleaning process follows three steps: the client selects a date and time, a certified cleaner arrives to clean the property, and payment is made online only after the cleaning is complete. Spring City Clean places heavy emphasis on the screening of its cleaners, who are background-checked, reference-checked, interviewed in person, English-speaking, and rated by customers after each job. Every booking starts with an Introductory Cleaning (a deep clean) for new customers, after which cleanings can be customized. Standard service areas include bathrooms, the kitchen, and bedrooms and living spaces, with tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning mirrors and glass, dusting shelves and blinds, wiping baseboards, cleaning inside sinks, gathering dishes and loading the dishwasher, wiping the outside of the refrigerator, cleaning the inside of the stove, and wet-wiping doors and frames. The company communicates exclusively through online messaging and offers a 100% money-back guarantee, returning to redo work if a client is not satisfied. A Customer Happiness Team handles inquiries by email between 8:30 am and 5 pm Central Time, with an average email response time of about 14 minutes, and the business can also be reached by phone at 262-370-8225.

The office sits on E Newhall Ave, about a third of a mile from Saint Marys School and a similar distance from Buchner Park, with Catholic Memorial High School roughly 0.4 miles away. E Racine Avenue runs about 0.2 miles from the address.

A perfect customer rating and the money-back guarantee speak to a cleaning service in Waukesha that has earned the trust of the households it serves.
