The firm began for personal reasons. The team also includes immigration attorneys Veronica Sustic and Caroline Fuchs and senior paralegal Mari Martinez.

The firm describes its approach in specific terms. At the initial consultation, the team listens to the problem in the client's own words, including how the situation affects family and professional life, and answers questions about both technical immigration matters and the personal impact of a case. The team then works through the available options with the client and develops a plan that details action points, a timeline, and a cost estimate. The firm states that it has handled a wide variety of complex immigration cases, that it tailors each strategy to the client's circumstances, and that it provides updates at each step of the process.
