Holistic Health Massage is an Acupuncturist in Onalaska, WI, located at 419 Sand Lake Road. December Sanders, LMT, provides personalized massage therapy sessions designed to address individual goals such as tension relief, recovery support, and stress reduction. She serves clients seeking relief from tension, support for recovery, stress reduction, and general wellness through a personalized approach to bodywork.

Sanders has been a licensed and board-certified massage therapist since 2010, with professional experience in both spa and medical settings. Her massage journey began in 2009, and she earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Massage Therapy from Globe University. She later returned to Globe University as an instructor in their massage therapy program for two years. This teaching background informs her blended, holistic approach that combines various modalities to address the whole person rather than focusing on a single area of concern.

Available services and techniques include ACE Massage, cupping to encourage circulation and tissue decompression, and Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) to assist with flexibility and range of motion. Cupping uses gentle suction to lift and decompress tissues, encouraging circulation and movement within the muscles and connective tissue, and can be incorporated into relaxing sessions, deeper therapeutic work, fascial techniques, or lymphatic-focused bodywork. Active Isolated Stretching, developed by Aaron Mattes, uses gentle, active movements to help improve flexibility and range of motion. The practice also provides oncology massage, which uses specialized, gentle techniques adapted for individuals during or after cancer treatment.

Clients do not need to select a specific technique when booking; instead, Sanders discusses their experiences and goals to determine the most beneficial combination of methods for their session. She regularly volunteers her massage services within the community, valuing the opportunity to help others beyond her private practice. Appointments can be scheduled online through Vagaro, and clients may reach out directly via phone or contact forms to discuss their needs. The business holds a 5.00 rating based on customer reviews, demonstrating consistent client satisfaction and reflecting the positive reception of her services in the Onalaska community.
