VCA Pahle Animal Hospital

VCA Pahle Animal Hospital is a veterinarian in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, serving cats and dogs through every stage of life, from first vaccines and examinations through preventive and healing care. The hospital provides dental care, dentistry, radiology, and new kitten and puppy packages, along with advanced care that includes digital radiology, EKG, OFA x-rays for hip dysplasia, and oncology. Dog and cat boarding, professional dog grooming, and doggy day camp are also offered. The hospital serves the greater Milwaukee area, including Hales Corners, New Berlin, Greendale, Greenfield, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, and West Allis. It holds a rating of 4.40 based on 326 reviews.

As a member of the VCA family, the hospital's veterinarians can access extensive and varied medical resources, including the VCA Knowledge Base, which connects its doctors to the collective knowledge, experience, and wisdom of more than 4,000 VCA veterinarians and veterinary specialists nationwide. Should the need for advanced veterinary care arise, VCA Specialty Hospitals provide care in specialties such as orthopedic surgery, physical therapy, advanced oncology, and stem cell therapy.

The hospital's digital radiology uses a digital image capture device rather than photographic film, which shortens the time needed to take an x-ray, eliminates the chemicals used to process film, and reduces radiation exposure to both pet and veterinarian. These x-rays can be digitally enhanced, copied to disk, magnified, or sent to a specialist for evaluation. Digital dental x-rays are used as well. Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, with boarding drop-off during those same hours and Sunday pick-up from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm by pre-arranged appointment.

The hospital sits on West Oklahoma Avenue at its intersection with South 108th Street, about 0.2 miles from the Root River Station Milwaukee Post Office, with West National Avenue roughly 0.3 miles away.

VCA Pahle Animal Hospital has built a solid reputation among the customers it has served, with an established track record reflected in a large base of customer reviews. For Milwaukee-area pet owners seeking care that spans routine preventive medicine and advanced diagnostics, that record speaks to a hospital equipped to follow a pet from a first puppy or kitten visit through a lifetime of care.
