Safety protocols include regular training sessions and up-to-date equipment, and the company maintains a fleet of vehicles and multiple crews so jobs are completed promptly and rarely delayed. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The office sits on S Curtis Rd, about a tenth of a mile from the East-West Freeway and roughly a quarter mile from Underwood Creek. Rainbow Park and Cardinal Crest Park are each about half a mile away, as are Walker Elementary School and West Bluemound Road.

Langer Roofing & Sheet Metal is known for a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it and for a steady record of repeat and referred customers. For Milwaukee commercial roofing and sheet metal work, that combination of a long family history and a large in-house crew is what the company brings to the job.
