HomeWRX Inspections, LLC

HomeWRX Inspections, LLC is a home inspector in Manitowoc, WI, serving Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and Ozaukee counties along with the surrounding communities of southeastern Wisconsin, including Sheboygan Falls, Kohler, Plymouth, Oostburg, Cedar Grove, Belgium, Port Washington, Fond du Lac, and Cleveland. The company performs buyer's and seller's home inspections, radon testing, and home maintenance inspections. It holds a rating of 5.00.

Owner Dan Wolf brings experience in building science, energy auditing, and construction to each inspection, and works from an understanding of how a home is built from foundation to roof. Inspections cover a property's systems and components, floor to ceiling, interior and exterior, and follow the Wisconsin Standards of Practice for home inspectors on every inspection performed. Buyers and realtors are encouraged to attend, and Dan comments on positive observations as well as potential concerns during the walkthrough. Reports are delivered digitally the same day, and Dan answers questions after clients have reviewed them.

Radon testing is handled as a separate service. HomeWRX Inspections is a qualified Residential Radon Measurement Provider certified through the National Radon Proficiency Program. Measuring devices are placed in the lowest level of the residence for a period of 48 hours, with results available immediately at the end of that period. The U.S. Surgeon General and the EPA recommend testing every home for radon, a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer.

The business is located on South Taylor Drive in Manitowoc.

HomeWRX Inspections has earned a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the care and communication Dan brings to inspections across Manitowoc and the surrounding Sheboygan-area communities.
