Facing limited employment opportunities during his recuperation, he built what began as a small owner-operated cleaning business into a company with more than 30 employees. The Manitowoc-based operation now services clients across Northeastern Wisconsin, focusing on keeping workplaces safe from cross-contamination. The company's mission centers on outstanding work for clients alongside compassion and respect for employees, with an emphasis on efficiency, work ethic, and pride in the finished result. The staff has been recognized with awards including Contractor of the Year, an Outstanding Service Award, and the Spot On Award for Safety, Courtesy and Compassion, Responsiveness, and Honor.

The office sits on Washington Street in Manitowoc, about a third of a mile south of Adams School and Cleveland School, roughly 0.3 miles from the Manitowoc Post Office, and near the Anchor monument and the Amphitheatre.

The business holds a 5.00 rating, reflecting consistently positive feedback from the customers who have reviewed it. After more than two decades serving Northeastern Wisconsin, Guzman's has grown from a small owner-operated start into one of the region's established commercial cleaning operations, recognized with industry awards for service and safety.
