Ignatek

Ignatek is a security camera installer and IT solutions provider in Janesville, WI. The company serves small to midsize businesses across Southern Wisconsin, from teams of 5 to 200 employees, and works with clients in professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. Its service stack covers managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud migrations, unified communications, backup and disaster recovery, and physical building security. On the building security side, Ignatek designs and installs alarm systems, video surveillance, and door access control, with smart integration options for remote monitoring and management. It holds a rating of 5.00.

Ignatek approaches each project with a customized strategy rather than a one-size-fits-all package, taking time to understand a client's goals, challenges, and workflow before building systems. Its managed IT services include proactive monitoring, maintenance, and support, with 24/7 monitoring and rapid response times, and the company can work alongside existing IT staff for extra support, specialized expertise, or after-hours coverage. Cybersecurity work uses a layered approach: endpoint protection, firewalls, email security, user training, and continuous monitoring, with the security posture reviewed and updated as threats evolve. Backup and disaster recovery solutions cover cloud-based, local, and hybrid models. Unified Communications brings phone systems, messaging, video conferencing, and collaboration tools onto one platform. Ignatek also offers predictable monthly cost plans for monitoring and support of an entire IT environment.

The office sits on East Racine Street, about 0.1 miles from the road of the same name and 0.2 miles from Spring Brook. Blackhawk Golf Course is roughly 0.2 miles away, Palmer Park about 0.3 miles, and Kiwanis Pond and Kiwanas Park are within half a mile.

Ignatek holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it. For Janesville businesses that need both their networks and their premises protected, Ignatek handles the cameras, alarms, and access control alongside the IT systems behind them.
