The practice describes its offices as fun environments where good dental habits are taught and encouraged, and its team works to help children feel comfortable so that a dental visit becomes a positive experience carried into adulthood. A child's first visit includes a full comprehensive exam and any necessary x-rays, with a parent or legal guardian present; parents are allowed back with the child for the initial exam and consultation, and it is fine if a child cries or sits on a parent's lap. If treatment is needed, financial coordinators go over insurance and financial questions, and diagnosed treatment is completed at a separate appointment. Paperwork can be completed online in advance, and a dental assistant reviews remaining questions about the appointment.

The office sits on Dickinson Rd, about 0.1 miles from Aurora Health Center and 0.3 miles from Jim Martin Park. De Pere Middle School is roughly 0.4 miles away, Ledgeview Park about 0.7 miles, and De Pere High School about 0.8 miles, with Jordan Road about 1.1 miles from the practice.

Kids Dental Experts holds a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the experience families report at the practice. For pediatric dental and orthodontic care in De Pere, the practice pairs board certified specialists with an approach built around making children comfortable at the dentist.
