The team is led by owner and president Sam Hughes and includes a business manager, sales manager, marketing director, office manager, account manager, field services manager, and several lead technicians.

Customers describe tile floors that look new after cleaning and grout that was redone, wine and play dough stains lifted from light-colored carpet, and rugs restored after years of use by children and pets. Reviews also note punctual, courteous technicians, thorough work, and competitive pricing. The company maintains additional locations in Elm Grove, Madison, Sun Prairie, Waukesha, and Menomonee Falls.
