It offers tent, pop-up, trailer, and motorhome sites, including large non-water and non-electric group sites suitable for family get-togethers and weddings. All sites include fire rings and picnic tables. The campground features clean modern restrooms with free showers, a laundromat, and a dump station. A campground store sells bait, camping and fishing supplies, toiletries, ice, firewood, snacks, limited groceries, and area attraction brochures. L.P. gas refills and gasoline for ATVs are also available. Well-behaved pets are welcome, and the grounds are motorcycle and ATV friendly.

The centerpiece of the property is a 60-acre private, spring-fed, no-wake lake. It features a sandy swimming beach and offers some of the best fishing in the area for large and small mouth bass, walleye, catfish, northern pike, crappie, and blue gills. No fishing license is required on the private lake. Guests can use the boat launch or rent fishing boats, pedal boats, canoes, and kayaks, with trolling motors available. Recreation on land includes three playgrounds, a basketball court, sand volleyball, tetherball, and paved roads for walking and bicycling. Free basketballs and volleyballs are available to borrow. A game room contains ping-pong, pool, air-hockey, foosball, and arcade games. The campground hosts free weekend and holiday family activities, including hayrides every weekend. Direct access from the campground leads to over 200 miles of ATV trails.
