Air conditioning service covers hoses, lines, seals, drive belts, and refrigerant level. The shop holds a rating of 4.70 from customer reviews.

The business has been locally owned and operating in the Walla Walla area since 1968. It is a NAPA Certified AutoCare Center and a member of America's largest independent automotive service and repair network, and it is a member of the Walla Walla Chamber of Commerce. Every job, regardless of type, carries a warranty on the work. The shop uses state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and provides an estimate for every job. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Friday hours by appointment only. Payment is accepted by American Express, cash, check, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as Napa EZpay with approved credit.

Also within about half a mile are the Southeast Washington Transportation Cooperative bus station, Family Medical Center, the Social Security Administration office, and the Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center.

Its long history in Walla Walla, its ASE certified technicians, and its NAPA Certified AutoCare Center status support the positive rating customers have given it.
