Eagle Eye Painting LLC

Eagle Eye Painting LLC is a painter in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 2005 by two career painters, Matt Elam and PJ Clarke, the company provides interior and exterior painting services to Seattle residents. Both owners remain actively involved in the painting process, from the initial proposal through to a follow-up phone call, and both serve as estimators, project managers, safety coordinators, quality control specialists, and creative problem solvers. The company holds a rating of 4.70 based on 15 reviews.

Eagle Eye Painting employs full-time technicians rather than subcontractors or day laborers. Lead painters have been with the company for an average of eight years, and all are certified renovators who use safe practices when working with lead-based paint. New employees undergo background checks and safety training, and all painters, including the owners, keep up with new products and technologies.

The company's interior work includes transforming rooms with tired walls and woodwork, as well as painting natural wood cabinets and trim. Its exterior work covers proper preparation, products, and application, including carpentry incidental to painting such as replacing failing cedar shingles. Past projects include a 1922 Ballard home converted from single occupancy to a multiple family home, a 1926 Capitol Hill brick home, a 1949 Ballard home painted twice, a 1927 craftsman, a 1985 modern Leschi home, a 1909 Capitol Hill Foursquare, and a 1938 Shoreline farmhouse. Eagle Eye has worked with Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore products, and has handled staining and refinishing of natural wood, including shingles and decking.

The business is located on Greenwood Ave N, about a tenth of a mile from the Highland Mailbox post office and the same distance from North 145th Street. Westminster Triangle Park, Bitter Lake, and Bitter Lake Reservoir all sit roughly four tenths of a mile away.

Eagle Eye Painting has built a solid reputation among the customers it has served, and its two founders remain hands-on in every project across Seattle.
