Upkeep Us LLC

Upkeep Us LLC is a carpet cleaner in Sammamish, Washington. The company cleans carpets, upholstery, tile and grout, windows, gutters, solar panels, and commercial spaces, and also handles pressure washing and area rug cleaning. It serves homes and businesses, and holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it.

Carpet cleaning starts with vacuuming and agitation to lift embedded dirt, dust, and allergens, followed by hot-water deep cleaning that removes soil, bacteria, and detergent buildup. The products used are non-toxic and residue-free, chosen to be safe for children and pets, and multi-step drying lets most homeowners return to normal living within a few hours. Appointments include corner guards and protective measures. Upholstery cleaning covers both fabric and leather, removing embedded dirt, body oils, and stains with methods matched to each material, refreshing color and softness in fabric and preserving leather. Tile and grout cleaning uses high-powered equipment and targeted solutions to lift grime, stains, and discoloration from tile and grout lines in kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas, then seals the surfaces and applies a stain repellent against future moisture, mildew, and mold. Area rugs are cleaned without long pickups or delays. Upkeep Us is a local, family-owned business.

The business sits on 8th Ave NE, about a tenth of a mile from 9th Avenue and Highlands Drive Northeast. Proliance Highlands Surgery Center and Swedish Issaquah are both roughly two-tenths of a mile away, and Freedom Park is about the same distance.

Upkeep Us has earned a 5.00 rating from its customers, who include homeowners with stubborn pet stains that survived an earlier cleaning by another company.
