Revive Wellness

Revive Wellness is a weight loss clinic in Richland, WA, though the practice itself is located at 8656 W Gage Blvd, Suite B203, in Kennewick, WA, and serves patients across Kennewick and the surrounding Tri-Cities community. The clinic offers medically supervised weight management alongside a broader menu of aesthetic and wellness services, including advanced injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, body contouring, IV therapy, and hormone optimization. Care is built around a Direct Primary Care model that gives patients direct access to their provider, longer appointment times, and a focus on prevention and whole-body wellness rather than insurance-driven visits. The clinic holds a rating of 4.9 based on 8656 reviews.

The practice was founded by Nichole Green, MSN, ARNP, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Purdue Global University in June 2021. She has more than a decade of nursing experience, including several years as an infusion nurse in a local hospital setting, and currently holds licenses in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Her own path to diagnosis with Hashimoto's Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis shaped how she approaches patient care, with an emphasis on listening, investigation, and personalized treatment plans.

Revive Wellness operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours until 6:00 PM on Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday availability by appointment. The clinic closes daily for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and observes closures on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Patients can reach the office at (509) 579-0109 or by email at [email protected].
