Cleaner Guys

Cleaner Guys is a cleaning service in Mount Vernon, WA, specializing in property damage restoration. The company handles water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold removal and remediation, serving homes and businesses across the entire Puget Sound area, including Skagit, Island, Whatcom, Snohomish, and San Juan counties. The team is available 24 hours a day for emergency response, and the business holds a rating of 4.70 from customer reviews.

Cleaner Guys has served the community for more than 20 years. Its water damage work covers extraction, structural drying with professional-grade equipment, and full rebuilding, with the aim of restoring a property to its original condition. For fire damage, the team evaluates both visible and hidden issues, addressing acidic soot residues and smoke particles lodged in carpeting, upholstery, and air ducts. Mold removal uses InstaScope, a device that measures airborne particles in real time to identify where hidden growth may be present, so the removal strategy can be targeted. Porous materials such as carpeting and insulation are often replaced, while harder surfaces like wood framing and concrete can be cleaned, treated, and restored using industrial-grade cleaning solutions, high-efficiency vacuums, and air scrubbers.

The company is led by CEO Glen Reph, with Bob Shupe as Special Projects Manager, Dina Fogel as General Manager, and Tim Reph as VP of Sales and Marketing. The restoration staff includes Water Damage Lead Jaime Valasquez, water damage technicians Aiden Juarez and Clayton Kester, and Construction Project Manager Gabe Ameny, supported by administrative assistants Anna Marie Shupe and Tate Klein.

Cleaner Guys is located at 1703 Railroad Ave. The office sits about 0.2 miles from 6th Street Park and roughly 0.3 miles from Vera Wellness Center. Cleveland School, Skagit County Fairgrounds, and Hillcrest Park are each about 0.4 miles away, as is the Mount Vernon Post Office.

With more than two decades serving Mount Vernon and the surrounding Puget Sound counties, Cleaner Guys brings round-the-clock emergency response and a trained restoration team to water, fire, and mold damage across the region.
