The company emphasizes a streamlined customer process, starting with a phone contact to discuss project details. Within one day of the initial contact, a custom proposal is produced and emailed, including a service description and a complete cost breakdown. After the client accepts the proposal, a date and time are scheduled for convenience. On the day of service, the team notifies the client 30 minutes before arrival. Depending on the project, the client may be asked to close windows or move vehicles from the work area. The team completes the service and cleans up the property. The business also highlights a 10 to 15 minute response time for estimates during business hours.

The business holds a 5.00 rating based on customer reviews. This positive feedback reflects the reputation the company has built through its service delivery and communication standards in the Hazel Dell and broader Clark County area.
