Selma Medical Associates is a doctor's office in Winchester, VA. The practice operates as a Family Medicine and Acute Care Clinic offering Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Infectious Disease diagnostics, with 20 providers and a full medical staff delivering primary and specialty care. Since 1975, Selma Medical Associates has served the Northern Shenandoah Valley. The practice was founded by early leaders Dr. E. Willis Lacy, Jr. and Dr. James Laidlaw, and every physician on staff is board certified or board eligible. The support team includes physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, registered medical laboratory technologists, x-ray technicians, registered cardiac sonographers, medical assistants, medical secretaries, medical receptionists, and business office personnel. A 2003 expansion more than doubled the space at the Winchester facility, bringing all divisions and ancillary services under one roof.

In September 2000, Selma opened the first private practice Nuclear Cardiology Lab in Winchester. The Cardiovascular Center at Selma now provides Carotid Ultrasounds, PVR/Arterial Duplex Scans, Exercise Stress Tests, and Cardiolite Stress Tests, with its Echocardiography Laboratory accredited through ICAEL and its Nuclear Cardiology Laboratory accredited through ICANL. The practice also runs an X-Ray Department and an in-house CLIA Certified Laboratory that received the COLA Laboratory Excellence Award in 2005 and 2007.

The office sits on Selma Drive, a short distance from Town Run and within a few blocks of West Boscawen Street.
