First Landing Auto Care

First Landing Auto Care is an auto repair shop in Virginia Beach, Virginia, operating three locations across the city. The shop opened its first location on Shore Drive in October 2003, a few weeks after Hurricane Isabel moved through the area, and added a second location a few years later in the Thoroughgood area. A third location on Independence Blvd allows the business to serve more of the community while maintaining the personal service it is known for. First Landing Auto Care is family-owned and operated, and its team includes ASE-certified technicians who use factory-recommended service procedures.

Services include air conditioning service and repair, electrical service, brake repair and replacement, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems work. The shop is an ADAS Calibration Center handling maintenance, repair, and precise calibration of vehicle safety systems for all makes and models, with diagnostic and vehicle programming capabilities. ADAS services cover lane departure calibration, lane watch calibration, ICC radar calibration, and blind spot work, and are offered to retail customers, body shops, repair facilities, and vehicle fleets. A concierge pick-up and delivery service collects a vehicle from a customer's home or office and returns it after service. The shop uses a digital inspection process with pictures and videos so customers see what the technicians see, and helps them prioritize repairs and plan for the future. It is a NAPA Auto Care Center and offers NAPA EasyPay financing, payment by text or email, a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty, and after-hours pick-up.

The Shore Drive location sits on Shore Drive, about 0.1 miles from the Virginia Beach Fire Department Station 1 - First Landing. North Great Neck Road is about 0.2 miles away, and Cape Story Park is roughly 0.6 miles from the shop.

First Landing Auto Care has been named a multi-year Best of the Beach Gold Winner and was recognized in 2025 as one of the Top 12 Auto Repair Shops in North America by the Automotive Training Institute. Many team members have been with the company for years.

For Virginia Beach drivers seeking an alternative to dealership service, First Landing Auto Care has built more than two decades of family-owned auto repair along the Chesapeake Bay.
