Customers describe the work in detail. One Charlottesville homeowner noted that a three-day window between closing and moving into a new home with all white walls was enough time for Matt Lightfoot to complete the job ahead of schedule. Another customer reported that Matt painted two houses on their cul de sac in a single year, submitted the best quote of four painting contractors, used high quality materials, employed dependable and courteous craftsmen, addressed minor problems immediately, and completed the job on schedule under the signed contract. A third customer had a deck cleaned and stained.

The business sits on Anderson Ln, about a third of a mile from Shadwell Creek, with Shadwell Mountain and Glenorchy both roughly 0.7 miles away. Richmond Road is about 0.8 miles from the location, and the UVA Breast Care Center is about a mile away.

Lightfoot Painting & Construction has built its reputation in Charlottesville on a 5.00 rating from the homeowners who have reviewed it, and on more than 25 years of painting experience behind the work.
