Performance Academy North Ogden

Performance Academy North Ogden is a music school in North Ogden, UT, focused on singing and dancing instruction for children ages 3 to 16. The school gives every child the opportunity to learn, perform, and grow in a positive atmosphere, with a curriculum centered on vocal technique, dancing, and performing skills. Students develop the confidence to sing and perform both as soloists and in group settings. Classes are held once a week for 45 minutes, while Elite and Jr. Elite classes meet for an hour and 15 minutes and include additional rehearsals and performances. Each age group learns and performs numbers in a Holiday show in December and a Spring show in May, and all groups come together for a variety show. Performances are kept to 90 minutes or less and held close to home at each location.

The Elite and Jr. Elite classes offer students more opportunities for personal vocal instruction, solos, and dance instruction, designed for girls who want to take their singing, dancing, and stage confidence further. Placement in those advanced classes requires a brief audition held on the first day of class, where a short song and dance is taught in a positive setting. Students also participate in two professional recording sessions during the year. Classes are grouped by age, and the North Ogden location serves families in and around the city.

The school holds a rating of 4.00 based on customer reviews. Parent feedback describes children who once were shy becoming confident enough to sing solos on stage, reflecting the school's focus on building performance skills and self-assurance through its year-round class and show structure.
