Stephenville is a city of more than 20,000 people set in rural Texas along the Bosque River, about an hour southwest of Dallas and Fort Worth. It sits at the intersection of US 281, US 67 and US 377, roughly 25 miles south of IH-20 and 70 miles southwest of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and serves as the retail center for a trade area of about 80,000 Texans. Agriculture is the leading industry in the county, which ranks second in the state for milk production, and Tarleton State University, part of the Texas A&M University System, is based in the city. Known as the Cowboy Capital of the World and the City of Champions, Stephenville is home to more professional rodeo cowboys and cowgirls than any other place, and the equine industry continues to grow across the county.

The office is on South Graham Avenue, a short walk from the BRT Graham Street Trailhead and within about a tenth of a mile of the North Bosque River, the Cage House historic building and the Cage Home memorial.

Orkin's rating of 4.90 reflects consistently positive feedback from the customers who have reviewed it, a strong result for a pest control provider in a city where family-owned businesses and a diverse manufacturing base both depend on reliable service.
