The company is locally owned and operated, and its team is drawn from Bexar and Comal counties. Reissner remains in the field daily, selling in both the residential and commercial divisions, and describes his focus as building a workplace where painters and staff have purpose, take pride in their work, and are set up for work-life balance. Since 2010 the company has completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects.

Past work includes a mission-style home exterior makeover in Timberwood Park, a kitchen cabinet repaint in Encino Park, interior and exterior projects in Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and Canyon Lake, a barn painting in Johnson City, and commercial interior and exterior painting in San Antonio. The team works with customers on color and finish selection, including choosing between matte, satin, and gloss, and handles preparation such as patching, sanding, and priming before painting.
