Genesis AV approaches labor differently because its owners and core team members are seasoned AV engineers who have traveled the world completing events. That background shapes how the company staffs a show, from the responsibilities of general AV techs to the reliability expected of project managers. Each event is treated as unique and planned accordingly, with a personal approach that treats a client's event as the company's own. The team includes Teal Willis, labor coordinator and co-owner; Evrett Willis, CFO and co-owner; Peggy Willis, account specialist; Jim Conway, west coast coordinator; and Sebastian Bartlett, east coast coordinator. Clients including Precision Productions and Audio Visual Dynamics describe the company as prompt, responsive by phone, and backed by strong crews, with one noting a working relationship of a couple of years.

The business sits on Eden Drive in Royse City. The Chamberlain Crossing and Melody Ranch neighborhoods are both within about a third of a mile, Joe Burger Park is roughly 0.3 miles away, and Harry H. Herndon Elementary School is about the same distance. Memorial Parkway runs about half a mile off, and Tar Branch creek is roughly half a mile away.

Genesis AV Crewing's 5.00 rating reflects how customers regard its crews, and its owners' own history as traveling AV engineers is what shapes the labor it sends to events in Royse City and beyond.
